PROÁGUA Wins TXF Water Export Finance Deal of the Year 2025

Mitrelli, together with our partners, has been recognized with the TXF Water Export Finance Deal of the Year 2025 for the PROÁGUA project in Angola. 

The €200 million project, in cooperation with HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Bpifrance, SERV, and SUEZ, represents a benchmark in structuring bankable infrastructure in emerging markets. 

Designed to expand and modernize water access across Luanda and Icolo e Bengo, PROÁGUA will deliver clean water to millions of people.  

This recognition underscores the importance of strategic partnerships in delivering sustainable infrastructure at scale.
