Project
challenges

As Angola experiences rapid population growth and increasing urbanization, the demand for housing continues to rise, particularly in provinces beyond the capital city. Addressing this challenge requires the development of integrative housing solutions that respond to the evolving needs of residents while promoting improved living conditions.

Our solution

The construction of Caála Centrality represents a significant challenge, as each centrality project is unique and must be adapted to the specific geographical, cultural, and socio-economic conditions of each location. Adapting the project to regional characteristics required a detailed and sensitive analysis of the context to ensure that the resulting infrastructure would meet the needs of the local community.

This process involved considering various factors such as the terrain, accessibility, housing needs, and integration with the culture and lifestyle of the population. Moreover, it was essential to ensure that the centrality was designed to be functional, sustainable, and capable of promoting the prosperity of its inhabitants. The goal was to create a community that not only met the demands for comfort and quality of life but was also resilient and able to evolve over time, respecting the environment and local identity.
