Currently we are looking for a highly qualified Deputy Marketing and Communication Manager.

The Deputy Marketing and Communication Manager supports the Marketing and Communication Manager performing as a PMO in planning and supervising marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and projects. This role helps maintain brand consistency, oversees specific campaigns, and facilitates communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies;
  • Support the execution of branding, messaging, and corporate identity initiatives;
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, digital content, and corporate communications;
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for marketing projects;
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for optimization;
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other company departments;
  • Ensure smooth workflow within the team, prioritizing and distributing tasks as needed;
  • Support event planning, sponsorships, and media relations;
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or other area of knowledge relevant to the role;
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of marketing experience;
  • Ability to prioritize work within the team and anticipate stakeholder needs/provide solutions;
  • Experience in Marketing and Communication project managing;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Must have Angolan nationality.
