Huambo – Kora, a real estate project developer in the country and a subsidiary of the Mitrelli group, launched a few days ago an initiative to provide virtual visits to central areas and other infrastructures, to offer interested parties an immersive experience in urban communities.
In a press release sent to ANGOP this Saturday, the company states that these are real 3D representations, which allow users to explore each stage of development, from infrastructures to housing and leisure spaces.
The platform is described as “a platform for professionals and students in the areas of Architecture, Civil Engineering and others,” reads the statement.
It is important to note that the visit covers an area of 28,000 square meters of internal spaces and 34,000 square meters of external infrastructure, allowing visitors to explore in detail every aspect of an urban community, since, in addition to adequate housing, the centers built by Kora provide access to education, security, health care and spaces for recreational activities, aiming to improve the quality of life of residents.
According to the note, access to this platform will allow exploring every detail of the centrality developed by Kora, as it aims to allow anyone to feel and visualize the quality and sustainability that the integrated projects present, without leaving the comfort of the sofa, the classroom or the office, as it is an extraordinary knowledge visit that covers several areas of common interest.
He adds that Kora is constantly seeking improvements, with a focus on innovation, to increase the level of satisfaction of customers and end beneficiaries of the products developed.
In this context, it is read, it was possible to invest in technology to allow a greater number of people to have access to what is developed in synergy with other subsidiaries of the Mitrelli Group, such as “Ossi Yeto” in the electricity infrastructure, “Owini” in the infrastructure of water supply and treatment equipment.
It also includes “Focus education” on equipping schools and “Geodata” on the legal regularization of properties in new central areas, with the development of a solution that allows mass property registration, thus enabling the Angolan Government to attribute ownership of properties to beneficiaries.
It indicates that this initiative represents a significant milestone in Kora’s commitment to transforming people’s lives through the development of urban communities, as it is confident that the virtual tour will not only delight customers and current and future residents, but will also inspire new ideas and collaborations in the field of construction and urban planning, by promoting the preservation of infrastructure and the creation of social bonds.
