TAAG’s social responsibility extends to the Art & Culture Foundation

TAAG – Linhas Aéreas de Angola signed last Friday, September 29, in Luanda, a cooperation protocol with the Art & Culture Foundation, within the scope of its social responsibility policy, the company announced in a statement.

In light of the aforementioned protocol, the Angolan flag carrier is committed to supporting the foundation, facilitating the mobility of people and goods in projects to be implemented by that Non-Governmental Organization.

In the statement sent to FORBES ÁFRICA LUSÓFONA, TAAG states that “with this action, it reinforces its commitment to social transformation and close relationships with communities, demonstrating its openness to supporting projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) advocated by the United Nations ”.

Created in 2006, the Art and Culture Foundation’s mission is to contribute to the social integration of children, young people and women in vulnerable and at-risk situations, as well as the preservation and dissemination of the most diverse cultural, artistic and historical manifestations in Angola.

The Foundation is a member of the Angolan Social Responsibility Network and a partner of the National Children’s Institute (INAC).
