Kora is the Mitrelli Group subsidiary that implements projects in the housing & construction sector. The construction of Caála Development Town, in Huambo Province, inaugurated on 11/11, represents for many Angolan families a dream come true, new horizons, a better life.
This project, which has modern infrastructures, has created adequate and harmonious spaces, with good living conditions, where communities can live and become prosperous.
Caála development town occupies a reserved area of 150 hectares, has 4001 T3-type houses and 240 commercial spaces. 13 buildings were built for social facilities, namely: 3 children’s centers, 2 kindergartens, 3 primary schools, 2 secondary schools, 1 professional technical institute, 1 health center, 1 police station, in addition to multi-sports pitches.
Kora has already built around 17,000 housing units in several provinces, such as: Bié, Cuanza Sul, Huambo, Luanda, Moxico and Uíge.
