Mitrelli Group’s Kora construction subsidiary served as principal contractor for the Quibaúla development town, a holistically-designed 55-hectare project located 20 kilometers from the city of Sumbe.
Kora created the infrastructure for 2,010 new dwellings — apartments and individual homes that bring people better living conditions and horizons of hope.
Mitrelli subsidiaries Ossi Yeto, Owini, Focus Education and Geodata also took part in the project, which provides all relevant internal and external support infrastructures — shops, schools, a children’s center, two playgrounds, a medical center and various leisure areas – as well as systems for supplying, treating and distributing drinking water, drainage networks for rainwater and wastewater, and an electricity substation.
