We are fully aware of the challenges before us, yet we see immense potential for change. The traditional educational paradigm, which often prioritizes theory over practical skills, presents an opportunity to revolutionize how we prepare the youth of Africa for the workforce. By addressing this, we can guide millions of young Africans towards a future filled with employment and opportunities. There is great hope on the horizon. For instance, Angola’s ambitious development plan, “Angola 2050“ recognizes the pivotal role of human capital investment in securing a prosperous future. We at Mitrelli are proud to be part of this vision, working to modernize education and align it with the evolving needs of Angola’s workforce.
Similarly, our efforts in Senegal, with our 23 Career Formation Programs (CFPs), and training 30,000 young people annually in about thirty qualifying fields adapted to the needs of industries in each department of Senegal, demonstrate our commitment to preparing, together with the local leadership, African youth for the challenges ahead. We understand that true progress can only be achieved by addressing the unique needs of the local country. That’s why our programs offer a diverse array of certifications, each tailored to bridge the gap between education and employment.
