Good project management is crucial to ensure financial stability and, consequently, the success of the organizations. For this reason, the Group’s HR Department provided training on this subject, given by Ossi Yeto’s employee Eduardo Santos. The training course was online through Zoom platform, due to Covid-19 restrictions.
The response was overwhelming and to meet the demand, two groups were running in parallel. There were ten lectures and workshops, one final session as summary and final discussion before Certification.
The main objective of the course was to provide the correct methodologies, procedures and tools used in the process of Project Management, based on the standards of the PMBOK ® (the guide from PMI).
The application of the concepts in real exercises allowed the participants to have a better consolidation and understanding of the theory concepts and provided them many ‘’Templates’’ that can be used on their daily tasks as Project Managers.
The course began in June and ended in December last year with the graduation of 37 participants that have obtained the ‘’Mitrelli Certificate of Completion’’.
